ABOUT US

We have built our reputation on quality. When we tell you our services are the best, we mean it and back it up. Our job is not complete until you are 100% satisfied.

From CEOs to clowns – yes, she shilled for Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey for way too many shows – Colleen's worked with them all.

Professional accomplishments of note include creation of BTC’s proprietary Preferred News Format (PNF) system to efficiently and successfully deliver consistent media messages to multiple community-based media outlets featuring local/hometown spokespeople; development of turnkey marketing and communications programs for Starwood Hotels, Philips Lifeline and University of Phoenix, to name a few; grassroots community programs and events to work hand-in-hand with local nonprofits; and general media counseling and speech training for a wide variety of business professionals and sports personalities.

For any marketing project, her goal is to leverage creativity, focus on the "right" opportunities and build online, social and business relationships that are long-term and truly effective.

Most recently she helped increase Newburyport’s 60-year-old Yankee Homecoming’s online presence. BTC-Boston strategized, created and executed a multi-stage social media campaign that built excitement and awareness of the event and generated increased engagement. Result: Over 1,700 new Facebook follows in just 40 days (up from 5,750) and engagement that across all digital mediums (including Twitter and Instagram) hit between 10,000-15,000 thousand consistently.

A 1983 graduate of Bridgewater State University, Colleen earned her degree in communications, arts, and sciences. Raised in Yarmouth, Massachusetts and formerly of Newburyport, Colleen now resides in historic Naples, Florida, with her husband, Tom, and wonder-pup, Scamps.
